Psychotherapy and Counseling in the Netherlands, Amsterdam and Online
Greetings and welcome,
I'm glad you're here, and I hope this marks the beginning of our shared journey together. Throughout life, we often encounter periods of crisis and pain. When we seek psychological treatment, we discover it stems from our need to find something we lack or something we've lost. The journey of self-discovery can sometimes bring distress, feelings of meaninglessness, or anxiety. Working through life's crises with the support of psychotherapy—particularly relational psychotherapy informed by Buddhism—helps us discover the strengths that lie within us.
By observing and listening to our bodies, we can access feelings, patterns, and memories that aren't readily available to us in daily life. This creates space for a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship grounded in loving compassion and our shared humanity. Together, we'll examine and reshape thought patterns and beliefs, support processes of change, foster personal development and growth, and find balance amid life's waves of suffering and pain.

Therapeutic Clinic in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Online
I'm pleased to offer therapy for individuals, couples, and groups in Israel and internationally. Sessions take place either at my clinic or online via Zoom, according to your preferences. Most of my therapeutic work takes place at my clinic in Amsterdam, Netherlands, though the majority of my therapy and supervision sessions are conducted online. I work with people in long-term therapy, brief dynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, treatment for mental health disorders and difficulties, and crisis intervention.
Additionally, I offer focused therapy using third-wave psychology approaches and one-time consultations. I also provide psychedelic psychotherapy, psychedelic-informed therapy, and psychedelic integration services in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I offer professional supervision for therapists and consultation services for institutions, organizations, and treatment and research centers. Beyond my clinical work and research, I'm actively involved with "Impulse – Integrative Clinical Center," which I founded and where I serve as Clinical Director. The center provides psychological and psychiatric treatments throughout Israel through licensed therapists.

The problem is to see reality as it is.”
