Mental Health Therapy
My Therapeutic Orientation
My therapeutic orientation is open and dynamic. I practice using dynamic psychotherapy with a relational and analytic approach, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, mindfulness-based psychotherapy, somatic-based psychotherapy, and various third-wave approaches.
I have extensive experience working with life crises, relationship difficulties, identity formation, anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, sexual trauma, and addictions, with a deep understanding of specific challenges in gender and sexuality issues, the LGBTQIA+ community, spirituality, spiritual crises, psychedelic integration, and more.

Treatment Modalities

Online Therapy Online therapy has similar effectiveness to in-clinic therapy. The therapy and personal guidance through video calls takes place without the need for physical meetings, making it suitable for various mental states, and obviously provides a solution for people living abroad who need therapy or emotional counseling in Hebrew.

Couples Therapy Couples therapy is suitable for those who experience their romantic relationship as challenging, limiting, distressing, unharmonious, or violent. The therapy is designed for individuals seeking to gain a deeper understanding and therapeutic insight. Sessions address interpersonal difficulties, but not exclusively. At the center of the therapeutic work are issues such as communication, sexuality, lack of availability, anger and control, trauma, and difficulty bridging differences.

Individual Therapy : Individual therapy focuses on a person's unique needs and is tailored to them in the most effective way possible. Individual therapy can address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship problems, addictions, sexual trauma, and more.
